Linden home buyers and home sellers need to understand the Linden real estate market. Here’s what you need to know for September, 2016.
Inventory: There are 251 single family homes offered for sale in Linden. This is a much lower inventory than we saw last August and may result in a price increase this fall. There were 36 homes sold in Linden in August of 2016. This is much higher than last August and, coupled with a lower than normal inventory, this may help to shrink the inventory even more.
There is very little change in inventory over 4 years.
