As area experts, we can tell you that the Clark Real Estate Market was simply outstanding in 2016. So, how does 2016 compare to the previous several years? Firstly, inventory is down. This is an excellent indicator of a seller's market. In 2013, the average inventory was 91 homes. However, in 2016, the average inventory 76 homes. This is an excellent indicator of a seller's market. Overall, sales are up. In 2013, 130 single family homes were sold, compared to 167 homes sold in 2016.
