An interesting thing happened when we did this project. We released a series of web videos showing a full demo and home reconstruction on video. The series wasn't scripted. A lot of it was just adlibbed and had zero high end video enhancement. The house that was featured in this video was sold before the reconstruction was even completed !! On that of that the house was even featured on social media and its web site was given a full SEO treatment. This allowed potential buyers to come over and see the property online. HOUSING BOOM IN LANSING Thats what the man said. I saw it in the paper about a month and a half ago. But a funny thing happened the following week after the Lansing Journal published that article. People were still leaving Michigan in a big hurry and the houses were still not selling. In fact, one of my associates commented to me that his wife was leaving him -- due in part to not selling any houses. Sad stuff eh? There was more sour news. Lansing itself. Not a lot of jobs there. JUNK REMOVAL - YOU CAN LEARN A LOT BY WALKING I had the unfortunate experience of walking from Troy, Michigan to Royal Oak last week. There were no cabs in Troy that morning and I thought I could hoof it down to Royal Oak to pick up my car which was in the garage getting work done. Working in Pontiac, Michigan is a challenge. There are a lot of drug houses, meth houses, hoarding environments that include dead animals, cat and dog feces and other contaminates. It is a very unpleasant environment and this can cause illness. This is a serious problem that is there for the property owner and also a serious health hazard.
