Sale prices ranges from $69,900 - $1,130,000. The average sold price is $309,292. Even though the inventory of homes for sale continues to drop sales have continue to increase.

As of August 22, 2012 there are 60 homes for sale in Bristow. This is down from the prior month by 11 homes and down 28% from the same time last year. Of the 60 homes for sale 19 are new construction, 25 are re-sale single families and 16 are townhouses. As prices go up fewer home owners are under water so we are seeing fewer and fewer distressed sale's. At present there's only 9 short sales compared to 12 last month and 0 foreclosure's.
