A major piece of property sold in April, some 2832 acres with a rather large 6K sqft house and a pretty big Foreman's house, gas wells, ponds, etc. all located on the highway going to Lipan just northwest of Granbury for almost a quarter of a million dollars over $3 million. WOW! Yep, that one topped the list & may stay there for awhile. Granbury also saw a home sell for over $700K which hasn't happened in awhile too.
