I have talked with, managed, and coached thousands of loan officers all across the country and the number one issue that comes up over and over again is accountability! How many times have you set out with great intentions to call on an agent, do an office presentation, write a blog, call your database, send out cards to your database, or numerous other task and never got to them? As a coach the most common response I get is, "Tim, I have been thinking about do this or that, what do you think?" I think you should just do it! Too often we sit around pondering the outcome of a new marketing blitz or the perfect thing to say that will reel em in, when in fact we should just do it. Let me ask you a question...
