Fullerton Uncorked Food & Wine Extravaganza is This Saturday September 27th. This terrific event usually sells out every year but there is still time to get your tickets. The $60 donation Includes all food and beverages. Fullerton Rotary South is the Proud Organizes this event each year. The proceeds benift The Boys & Girls Club of Fullerton, Friends of The Arboretum and other local needs. All of your favorite Fullerton Resturaunts will be servings their delicious fare. Thinking of Re-Financing Your Loan? Contact Tina Maraj for Comparables before you beign your process. This is an email I recieved this morning August 29, 2014 from a Mortgage Banker-Bill Daniels . He is processing a re-finance loan for one of my clients and the appraisal came in unreasonably low. Bill requested that I review the comparable that were unsed in the appraisal and find out why the value came in so low. I found that the properties used were not comparable at all! Thank You Fullerton Chamber of Commerce for recognizing me as Ambassador of the year 2013-2014. It was a pleasant surprise to hear my name called by Ron Kemp, our Ambassador Chair. I didn’t realize just how much time I did dedicate volunteering for the Chamber. It has been a fun way to assist in the success of new Fullerton business owners and promote myself as a Realtor at the same time.

Independence Day is one of my favorite holidays. I enjoy the patriotic feeling of the day. Celebrating our freedom to ejoy life is an idea that almost everyone can relate to. I am very excited to be a part of this event put together by wonderful civic minded people of Fullerton. This day hopes to fill the needs of residents and public parks, schools and community centers of the city. Many have already voleentered thier time to participate on Saturday. We are proud to help spread the word for our friend Tom Hicks the owner of Southern California Motorcycles in Brea California. He is hosting their annual Spring Open House. My husband Randy Tovar and I have know Tom since he open his Brea location back in 2000. We owned a Triumph Daytona then were extremely happy with the service that So Cal Motorcycles provided us. We have remained friends ever since. Tom and his Team recently joined The Fullerton Chamber of Commerce. Now even though we don't have a motorcycle now we are able to visit at networking events.
