Dorothy, You're not Kansas anymore! All over the Country, REALTORS® are hearing these words -- "I want a steal". Of course, what constitutes a steal in one area, may not in another. For example, many of the homebuyers I work with in Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach and Kure Beach are coming from out of the area. Areas like Charlotte, Raleigh, Washington DC & Philadelphia. Areas where the real estate market is nothing like the real estate market in Southeastern NC.
