I love technology that makes our job easier and allows us to be more effective!! Here are a few of my favorite Iphone applications that do just that! 1. A+ Email Signature Pro - Are you tired of having a plain, boring email signature or no signature from emails you send from your Iphone??? Well.... this application might be for you! iPhone - Great for scheduling appointments via the calendar, saving contact information, texting, receiving and sending emails quickly, jumping on the web to look up a property, using it as flashlight for those late night showings (flashlight app), taking photos of properties, checking out the weather, mapping out a property and much, much more. technology: Some Tips to Increasing Website Traffic!!

I've been working on improving my website and generating more leads and website hits for the past year. We all know that Real Estate is numbers game and that the more leads you get, the greater the possibility of you getting good/qualified leads that are ready to buy. I'm no pro at this, but so far it is working great. See my website stats below! In January of this year I started with 128 unique visitors to 1249 unique visitors last month!
