The NWMLS posted their report for 2011 this morning. So here is The Good, The Bad, And the Ugly...And not so bad and mildly attractive. February housing activity yields "reason for optimism" KIRKLAND, Wash. (March 3, 2011) - Housing activity during February continued to reflect the downside of distressed properties with fewer sales and lower prices than a year ago.
