How to Get Into the Institute of Texan Cultures for Free
Well, it's not completely free but a trade that is well worth the effort. The Institute of Texan Cultures (ITC) is a library and museum under the administrative supervision of the University of Texas-San Antonio.
I like to think of the ITC as sort of a Smithsonian of Texas history. There are exhibits, manuscripts, photos covering the history and people who have lived in what is now the great state Texas.
