Discussions with in particular one demographic group can be fascinating. One such topic involves many apps, or applications on the current myriad of smartphones and tablet computers connected with high speed internet access wirelessly. They say, you real estate agents will all be gone by say the year 2020. Why? There will be an app for that. Not so fast Jason or Amanda there. While there are apps for better searching for properties, they do not realize real estate has gotten more COMPLICATED.
