If there have been no pre enrollments, and no commitments to attend class 5 days prior to the class date, the class is subject to be rescheduled in six months.

All newly licensed sales associate and broker licensees must take required post-license education before the end of the first license renewal period. Rule 61J1-4.009 F.A.C. states that failing to complete the required post-licensing education hours prior to the end of the second renewal cycle will result in the license becoming Null & Void. It cannot be renewed after that time. You will have to submit a new application and receive a new license to continue appraising.
Students should not enroll in a post license course until first becoming licensed. Caution: If you take your post license course before becoming licensed, the course wil not count.Students are encouraged to take their post license education soon after becoming licensed.
