 Staging does work I agree, but for some reason it really hasn't taken off that much in my area of IL.  People have heard of it, and many believe they can do it on their own.  The fact is, Staging brings more money in for both the client and the Realtor.  When I've done mass mailings to homes for sale via the MLS listing, I haven't received one phone call.  I find it hard to believe the home seller wouldn't want to keep from lowering their asking price.  Any tips as to how the Staging arena has grown so well in the West would be appreciated.
