Thanks jim it is a unique property this is one of the reasons I like the area. We have Airstrips,Ocean fronts,acreage / Ranches, Suburb,City,Lakefronts, Bayou,Bays,Dunes and its all within an hour drive whatever type property you could think of when you think of Florida.
