Any mortgage brokers that handle commercial land. I have several land tracts and some possible clients and when we get to financing if needed I would like to know some good contacts. Thanks in advance for replies.
one tract in particular is going to be built on, and would have guarantees from parent company...im hoping that may help in a "construction" type loan
