The Lunada Bayhouse Restaurant, a new restaurant specializing in Seafood, Steaks, and Chops has opened in the Lunada Bay Plaza Building in the former Viva La Pasta restaurant location in the Plaza. My husband and I attended a sneak preview tasting last Thursday, prior to the grand opening on Friday night, and I have to say that the food is excellent!!! We thought you might be interested to know that this restaurant has now opened and what we thought of the food.
They served an orange roughy fish dish with sauce, a blue crab casadia, fried calamari, steak gorgonzola, and shrimp scampi, and all of the dishes were fantastic. The owners also own and operate Delzano's by the Sea and .Lou E Luey's restaurants in Redondo Beach, and they are great people. They plan to be open in the evenings for dinner, and may open up for lunch at a later date. Reservations may be made at 310-544-1704. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
