Las Vegas Real Estate

By
Real Estate Agent with Prominent Realty Group

The Las Vegas real estate market is a buyer's dream come true at the moment.  A record number of over 19,000 homes are currently on the market according to the Las Vegas MLS (multiple listing service).  Builders are offering free upgrades, window coverings, upgraded appliance, waiving HOA fees for year(s)---all to entice a buyer to pick their development. Competition in the condominium market is just as fierce.  In addition to offering similar incentives like upgrades or waiving HOA fees, some communities are offering additional value services like free tanning on premises, free wireless internet service, private dog parks and free car washes to name just a few. With so many choices it can be bewildering to pick the community that is best for you and that gets you the most value for your money.

I too agree that floor plans should be given upfront as should the listing price. As the market begins to lean toward a buyers market potential clients want decision making tools upfront and at ease of reach. Real Estate agents who are not upfront with these tools are in a subtle way creating walls between sellers and buyers which prolongs the period prior to signiings of purchase agreements hence not truly working in the best interest of their sellers and perhaps this is born of laziness or.... a humble opinion...
