Facebook Pages are publicly accessible minisites on Facebook that you can update - just like your personal Facebook profile - with status updates, news, links, photos, discussions and now: with your RealBird listings and home search services. If you don't have one, you can create it here in less than a minute
As opposed to your personal profile, people can fan your business page on Facebook and you can have a two-way communication with them without actually adding them as a friend (your inner circle).
For RealBird Pro customers we offer a service to embed your own featured listings posted through RealBird and also links to your home search services. The Pro service level costs only $99/year (equals to only $8.41/month) and includes other powerful features, such as unlimited MLS compatible (unbranded) virtual tours, ad-free user experience and more.
How does this RealBird feature work?
With this new RealBird feature, you can enhance your Facebook real estate page with a new, highly visible tab called "Homes for sale". Visitors and fans to your Page can see the new photowall widget of your listings and they can also click-through to your RealBird Property Search to search all available listings in the neighborhood. Whenever you post a new listing or update one on RealBird, the photowall widget will reflect this change automatically. Only one time configuration is required. See our announcement on our RealBird Blog.

How to get it?
- Upgrade your RealBird membership to the Pro service level (only $99/year) - there is a link to do so right after you login to RealBird and on the listing management page. If you are already a Pro or Premium (Map-based IDX search) member, just skip this step, you are good to go.
- Make sure that you have a Facebook Page. This feature does not currently work for your regular Facebook Profile. You can set up a Page here
- There are two options:
- If you want us to set it up for you on your own FB Page, we charge a $50 onetime setup fee (reduced from $100 for our ActiveRain readers)
- If you want to add the "Homes for sales" tab to your Facebook page, just email us and we will send you the step-by-step instructions for free.
