Sandwich lovers in Lorton are enjoying toasty goodness again, now that the local Quiznos Sub restaurant has reopened in August under new ownership. It's the 9433 Lorton Market Street location near the Shoppers Food Warehouse and UPS Store. For about a month, signs in the windows at the South County sandwich store noted that the store would reopen soon, so many neighbors were waiting and watching.
With a revitalized appearance and a well-trained staff, the new store is once again offering sandwiches, soups, salads and satisfying the taste buds of those who crave "toasty subs." Two favorites for the locals -- the "Bullet" for $3 and the larger "Torpedo" for $4. Quiznos also serves kids meals, and has optins to add a drink and chips or a drink and soup for an add on price to any entree.
