What's Up With The Banks

Banks keep taking forever to respond to short sales. Someone needs to figure out how real estate really works and make these banks respond in a timely manor. As real estate professionals, we have learned, "Time Is Of The Essence."  It is so difficult to keep buyers waiting months, just to get an answer. This slows the agents resources and makes agents work for free for months. This sucks big time. We need to survive also. If we get all of these ridiculous things the banks are asking for, they should work as fast and as hard as we work. Let's get some legislation to make banks respond and close within 60 days of an offer received. It's a long shot but if we all push for this, it just might work.
