Wow. Thank you all for such a quick response. I wasn't expecting that at all. To tell you a little more about what my clients are looking for is tough because they are pretty flexible. To narrow it down some...they are looking in the Frederick County, VA area (ie: Winchester, Stephens City areas). They are looking for homes that need a lot of work or for homeowners that are in trouble. For example, they like to help homeowners from going to foreclosure and at the same time try to put some money into the owners pocket. Of course, only if the numbers work. I hope that gives you a little more insight on what they are looking for. They aren't specific in terms of # of bedroom or bath cause they can add that themselves. Thanks again! Also, if anyone has ideas on how to track these types of houses down. Suggestions would be nice....I feel like I've tried it all. :)
