Part of being a successful Honolulu Realtor is staying on top of the available inventory (homes and condos for sale). This involves seeing properties that are listed for sale in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and, time permitting, homes that are being sold for sale by owner (FSBO). This week I had the good fortune to see a condo offered by the owner, in a centrally located and well thought of building. The following are the details of the unit.
