Did you, or will you go without your car today?

Do you try to go without your car when possible?

Today is car free day .... can you imagine if there were no cars on the road, for just one day?
(Maybe we can start with one day a year, and then increase it to one day per week?) :)

Li, my car sometimes doesn't leave its parking spot in front of my house for days and days. If I don't have clients to show houses to, I just don't use it. I work from my home office mostly, and if I need anything, the supermarket is around the corner, and so is everything else. Sometimes I have to remind myself I have legs. :)

In our business, it's hard to give it up completely, but when I can, I do.

LOL Brian..... let's see .... GO Train? Bus? Street Car? subway?
once you get downtown, you can get one of those muscular guys to carry you in his 'buggy'. :)

Seriously ... if you're in the suburbs, and you take the GO, you end up right there, right by the game, and no hassle with traffic jams, no looking for parking, etc.... but I'm sure you know that.
CONVENIENCE!!! :)

The GO train has reasonable service along the Lakeshore line but doesn't have great service (or non-existent service) during non-rush hour periods or on weekends on various other routes.

Marc, if we want to, we can always come up with excuses..... we can't go without our mode of 'convenience'. :)

How about car sharing, when we go out 'partying'? :)
