This is a reminder of a terrible travel experience. A 4 hour plane ride turned into an entire day, Stuck at the airport at midnight. Next day I was so tired I got on a train going in the opposite direction, Waiting a couple hours to get the right train. Yes my stress level was high; so to calm down I took out a camera and this was one of my subject. It was finally good to get home and get some sleep.
Karen - Traveling is just not what it used to be. Now I dread having to go to the airport.
Jennifer -- glad you are home safe and sound... get some rest! I used to love to travel.. and now it is really not fun anymore. What ashame.
Yuck! I hope you have recovered from all the craziness. I know you were glad to finally be home.

While traveling is fun most of the time, it can have it's headaches too. Isn't it interesting what you come up with having your camera so close at hand all the time?
Btw, I've got a 15 hr. flight coming up on Wed., looking forward to the trip, yet not the flight.

Your photo created some mixed feelings in me. That little boot looks so small. Makes me wonder where the little child is and how they lost it.

I remember Brandon dropping things out the window and off a boat on some of our vacations. Guess there's a picture of "Danny the Dinosaur" floating down the river somewhere.
Jennifer I don't like to fly, but I hate the sitting around the airports even more, that is why I prefer to drive where ever I go.
Joan this occurred some weeks ago, the recovery was rather slow since I ended up getting rather sick. This photo just brought back the feelings.
Ann the recovery took 3 weeks, now I can laugh about it.

Kate I know what you mean. Small kids will sometime throw their shoe away. When my son was small he walk out of his shoes, did not say a word to anyone, we got to the restaurant and he was barefooted.
Lee and Carol young children get a kick out of throwing away their stuff.
George I am stuck because I don't like to spend too many hours in a car. My max is about 5-6 hours.
