I have put out this flier at least 1000 times on the different places on the net. Home Buyers who are familiar with the terms Cash Rebate, Commission Rebate or Buyers Rebate in Fremont, San Jose, East Bay or Bay Area, can easily find one of my websites or ads online in they Search Google, Yahoo or MSN.
Most of The time people even find these fliers when they are looking for something else on the net.
More than 1/3 of the buyers that find these fliers are ignoring them, without realizing that they are throwing away thousands and in some cases tens on thousands dollars.
One third of the people are more educated and try to find out what the term Cash Back or Commission Rebate means.
Today I has another buyer who asked this question: What does it mean to have a "commission for your buyers".........

When somebody list their home on MLS, all agents/Realtors are allowed to market that property and bring a buyer. If an agent brings a buyer he will get paid 3% from listing agent.
Now if somebody choose me as his agent I pay at least half of the commission to him.
