Hi Sham - This has been the law for awhile in Califonria, and I expect it will reduce accidents.  It always scared me to see a driver texting while driving.  We still do see people driving with a phone to their ear sometimes, but if spotted by the police, they will be fined.

Hello Sham,  Good luck with the new cell phone law.  NJ has had this law for awhile, but I see many people driving and speaking on the phone and even worst I see people texting--how scary is that!!!

Yes Susan and Esther. Even most of the Realtors do the same too during showings. I hope they will get adjusted.
