So good...I bought two!

Well, I don't know why it took me this long to break down and buy a second one, (I guess it's because I'm cheap!), but buying a second Fujitsu ScanSnap is the best thing I've done to increase my productivity.

If you're not familiar with this device, just take my word for it and RUN out and buy one, or two! It scans documents; both sides at once, in full color, and converts to an Adobe PDF automatically - at 15 pages per minute!

I've owned one at home, but could never get myself to schlep all of my office documents home. So I bought a second one ($269 online) and am loving how it is speeding up my work flow at the office!

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Fujitsu Scansnap. When I bought the first one, my staff laughed at me for buying another scanner when they had a perfectly good one. I responded "Not to worry - I'll keep it here on my desk". Well, when they saw how fantastic it was, they wanted it moved to their area. Now, a couple years and a few models later, I have one at home, and each of the four of us have one here on our desk - it's so much more convenient and used when right on one's desk than having to get up and go over the the desk next to us. If you haven't invested in one - do it now!

Wow. That sounds like the best scanner I have heard of.

Can you adjust the level of resolution (ie lower resolution for an e-mail or higher for printing?)

Thanks for the tip. I think I'll get one. Our MLS is now allowing us to upload in PDF forms that we use for our transactions, i.e., Property Disclosure Forms, Lead Paint Disclosure, etc. Now that this does double sided I'll same time.
