  2. Maui Sunset time share unit A-214 was foreclosed upon by the AOAO for $1 dollar.
  3. 668 Meakanu Lane 1404 Wailuku HI 96793 in the Kehalani Gardens was foreclosed upon by the line holder for $228,650.00
  4. Pacific Shores Unit B-116 was foreclosed upon by the lien holder HSBC @ $221,000.00

Currently there are 577 pending foreclosures.
