Just had the incredible Chris Brogan on the show (http://www.facebook.com/socialmediaedge?v=app_4949752878) and the parting message he wanted to get out to everyone was to go to http://Skip1.org and Skip It.

Good video to watch and embrace its message.  Sometimes the people that need our help the most are right outside our door.

Thanks for sharing this.

Mike - I was happy to check out Skip1.org when I heard about it.  Simple and powerful concept.  Seeing someone skip a box of donuts and contribute $5 was a good way to see how simple it really can be.

I'm working on a plan for something to involve skipping it, but I'm not sure if I have all the idea fleshed out properly yet.

Tami - He certainly is!  We were very grateful to have him.  Thanks on the nice words for #VREBC - it was pretty cool.

Matt - No plan for me.  Join the site and you'll be surprised when the idea pops into mind - can I skip this?  I find it's happening every time I swipe the debit card.

Please - Reblog this, retweet this, make a difference!  Or as my sidebar says: DO SOMETHING
