EXIT Realty Corp. International dedicated its 11th corporately sponsored Habitat for Humanity homebuild this past Saturday in Newark, NJ. In a blog post on nj.com, Bruno Tedeschi quoted recipient, Precious Kwia: "I'm so grateful to Habitat Newark and EXIT Realty that I don't know how to express it," added Kwia. "I want to send them a whole lot of thankful thoughts for providing me with a place where my kids can play outside and they don't have to be afraid to look out the window." Read the story here. Awesome. My husband works for an organization that coordinates one day "house builds" where they go on site to churches, schools, communities and construct the walls for a house - then those walls are donated to a local Habitat. OFten times, the receiving family comes to the event. It's a heartwarming experience!!!
