Once you have made the decision to purchase a home in Colorado Springs, consider the benefit of a VA HOME LOAN in Colorado Springs to facilitate the transaction. To be eligible for this benefit a person must have served, or be currently serving in the Armed Forces. This includes those who have or are serving in the Army, Marines, Air Force, Navy, and Coast Guard, but also the Reservists, the National Guard, and Air National Guard.
Another group of families that can take advantage of the VA HOME LOAN benefits are unmarried surviving spouses of Veterans who are deceased as a result of a military incident.
Don't miss out on enjoying home ownership in Colorado Springs where the home prices are affordable and the interest rates are low.
According to Rob Larimer of the Colorado Springs Business Journal, a University of Cambridge survey, based on an index rating for emotional health, physical health and job satisfaction, finds the state of Colorado ranks #4 on the list for happiest states to live in the US.
Apparently the study collected data from more than 350,000 people interviewed during the year 2008 as part of the Gallup Organization’s Well-Being Index.
As I’ve already written in earlier blogs on behalf of our Colorado Springs Realtors and relocation clientele, Outside Magazine ranked Colorado Springs as the #1 most desirable of cities to live. The state of Colorado is already known for physical fitness, sporting the least amount of cases of obesity in the United States. So the recent University of Cambridge survey is not surprising.
