Apparently the study collected data from more than 350,000 people interviewed during the year 2008 as part of the Gallup Organization’s Well-Being Index.

The state of Colorado is already known for physical fitness, sporting the least amount of cases of obesity in the United States. So the recent University of Cambridge survey is not surprising.
