Your S.O.I. can make or break your real estate career ! Every new agent is told this and they acknowledge this by shaking the head ! Some actually begin the assignment to start collecting names,phone numbers and e-mail address . But unfortunately that's where this crucial element of success ceases for the average agent. Distracted by a myriad of new real estate knowledge, they never correctly set up their S.O.I. in a lead incubation/drip oriented database ! Not having this in place ,they now have no organized format/plan to interact with the group of people who can help them succeed !!! Is this you ???
If so make it a priority to implement the following corrections in your 2010 Business Plan:
1. Select and implement a database- Market Leader by far is the easiest to use !
2. Time block 1 hour a day(Hour of Power) to personally and systematically call your SOI
3. Between now and 1/31/10 make a serious attempt to befriend everyone in your SOI on FB !
4. Plan several social get togethers/open houses in 2010 for your SOI
5. Create a value proposition(benefit) specifically for your SOI !
If you will take the time to mount a proactive campaign in 2010, your SOI will yeild you a limitless harvest !!! I close with one of ZIG's quotes. "We can have everything in life we want,if we help enough other people get what they want !!!" Have a record breaking 2010 !!!
