After reading three of Gary Keller books my favorite is SHIFT. Keller is good simple writer who tackles some not so easy subjects on real estate and the state of marketing as we know it. His style of writing is colorful and yet use of common language. The newest version which is schedule for release this spring will offer more information. The video below was the idea for the version which is the one I have today.
My favorite tactic which I often re read is tactic #12. The title of their section "Bulletproof the transaction issues and solutions". Basically the author brings out in our current market as well as past market's we must stay active in order to close the deal. he will walk you through, step by step the process from contract acceptance to close. watching for challenges which come up that can cause a deal not to close. Keller point for the entire book is to Shift with our current market. Whether it is a buyer's market or seller we must Shift to be leaders in Real Estate.
The book provides illustrations, graphs and quotes for supporting his views. A must read for all those involve in the Real Estate industry.
