      Southlake Villages in Kenner is the best place to go for newer homes in Kenner real estate the 350-550k price range.  Most of the homes are under 5 years old, have 4 bedrooms, garages, and high ceilings.  Its gated entrance and wall that surrounds the subdivision sets it a part for this price range on the South shore in Jefferson Parish.

      The subdivision has been built in phases so some homes are much newer and more expensive than others.  Tastes do change rather quickly when it comes to new homes in the area.  The homes in general are more expensive and larger when newer.  The last phase should be coming quickly as they are running out of room.

       The location is close to shopping, malls, hospitals, and the New Orleans Airport. You are a little over an hour to Baton Rouge and Tiger Stadium.  You are roughly 30-40 minutes to downtown New Orleans during the traffic times.  I-10 is the route to town. Many routes to Metairie and surrounding areas.  

       These are some of the examples of the homes in Southlake Village that you will find in style, age and size.  This is more than likely the best place to find newer homes in the area in this price range.  Most of the other subdivisions I am previewing are much older or much more expensive. 

      Living in Kenner means all the basic needs are less than 15 minutes away.
