Ewa Beach continues to be a popular place to buy homes.  Here you will find some of the newest, most modern, largest interior square footage homes than in most other areas of the island.  The majority of the homes were built starting in 1994 but there are some older homes in the original Ewa Beach neighborhoods that date back many more years.

Most of the new construction in Ewa Beach has been built since 2002.  In these homes, you will find many with central air conditioning which is needed for the warmer temperatures on the Ewa plain.

What else makes Ewa Beach a great place to live?  If you dont like a lot of rain and you do like sunshine you will love Ewa Beach!  While it is raining on other parts of the island, the sun seems to always shine in Ewa Beach.

Weaver Road?  It is absolutely true!  The traffic is terrible going out of Ewa Beach in the morning and coming into Ewa Beach in the afternoon.  Why is it so crowded on the road?  Because people know this is a great, affordable, newer, growing community to live in.  Some buyers are willing to pay $500,000 for a townhouse in other parts of the island but many choose to come to Ewa Beach where they can get a nice, large single family home that is only a few years old.

Thanks for the offer Sally but I still have to leave that stuff to you guys.  I just dont have the knack for all of the images, videos and other cool stuff that you guys do.  My posts dont stand a chance of winning anything but I feel as though they provide good information to the public (minus any images :))  I had an idea though......I was going to put a picture of the beautiful home that I have listed in Ewa Beach and then put a picture of a home with the same price (or very close) on other parts of the island to show a comparison.  I think I might make some other agents mad though especially if the picture I chose was of their listing!

David:  Just add the pics you got of your listing to the above post!   When you click to sumit your photo to the post....before you click insert click on the Appearance tab....hit left and resize to about 300 and it'll insert. Make sure your curser is by the place you want to insert the pic.  Then it'll be even, words will be wrapped around and all that. Use all of your pictures...you even have the townhouse ones...

 

That's all you need for the post...and put it in the group.

I am laughing out loud right now because I never even saw the "appearance" tab until you pointed it out!  Okay, I am going to add some pics but I must go run to the office now that the traffic has thinned out on H1.  We chartered a boat at Kaneohe Bay in the morning and are leaving for a fishing trip at 0630 so I might be to bed early.  Next chance I get I will work on the pics.  Thanks for the tip!

I can see it now, when you have your clinets going through a property, you bark out EYES RIGHT and then take them out to the back yard - I can hear you now - DOUBLE TIME, Huh.
