Hawthorn Hills is a great neighborhood, located west of town on Highway 64. Rich in History, the acreage was once a great dairy farm owned by Bert Browning. Bert and his family sold the acreage in 1957 for development. During that time only two lots per year were sold until 1993. The community was built slowly. Over time the area grew to about 200 acres and now has almost 100 homes. The yards are spacious and there is plenty of green space all over the community.
