Great for the first time home buyer, great for the investor and now, Bill Jones, County BRAC Coordinator, says that "Being right on I-95 would be an attraction, and the planned housing developments in the community could very well make it attractive to new residents" according to the Dundalk Eagle, July 12th issue. I am truly surprised that Jim Smith, County Executive, took so long to really understand the importance that Dundalk can play over the next 4 years of BRAC. I guess his appointment last month of Mr Jones was a truly wise decision as Jones seemed to recognize the significance almost immendiately!
The rebirth of Dundalk as a "community to recognize" is happening. The revitalization of "Old Dundalk", the revamping of Dundalk Avenue and just the general upgrading of the many neighborhoods within the community. I am proud to say that I live in Dundalk, have an office in Dundalk, and do my daily activites, such as shopping and entertainment, in Dundalk.
If you think you know about Dundalk, maybe you should think again! We are growing and could be "THE" place to be in the next 5 years!
