This lovely heritage home was rented out by the owners for the past year as they had it listed on the market last year, un-staged, with no interest. After a year of rental tenants, they decided to try again and have it staged this time.........we staged the property on Monday and there were two offers by Wednesday, leading to an accepted offer of over asking price :-) need I say more!

My house that I staged is under offer: just waiting for subjects to clear. They had short time on market and got higher price.
Just completed staging a vacant condo (A Community Effort on the Sunshine Coast explains how i did it w/o rentals) yesterday. Open House is Sunday. It was 6 mos on market unstaged. Am sure it will go quickly now.
I love the art piece over the fireplace-it ties everything together. Great work.
