Pawleys Island is located on the south end (we refer to it as the quiet end) of the Grand Strand. The southern tip and the furthest end is over the bridge to the historic district of Georgetown, South Carolina. Pawleys Island is mostly residential with many wonderful restaurants and great stretches of beach. Lots of growth here as the baby boomers discover the peaceful nature and wonderful people. We're glad we did!
