"Great, Mr. Buyer!  I understand you want a family home, all the bedrooms up with a formal dining room and a formal living room, and kitchen open to the family room.  I have just the home for you!  Just imagine this furnished . . . the vacuum cleaner will give you an idea of the room size."

"Thanks, Mr. Realtor.  I showed the photo to my wife, but she doesn't like the colors, and the floor space is way too small.  We will pass on seeing this one."

"Gee, Mr Buyer, are you sure?  Take a look at how open the kitchen is to the Family Room.  It is really worth the time to visit"

"Hmmm . . . I don't think so, Mr. Realtor.  To my wife and I, this seems to lack warmth, too vast an area to arrange our furniture and create a family atmosphere.  We will be in town Atlanta next week.  Maybe you can find something else to show us."

"Okay, Mr. Buyer, talk to you soon!"

. . . The next week, at Mr. Realtor's office, in walks Mr. and Mrs. Buyer . . .

"Hello, Mr. and Mrs. Buyer!  I have some updated photo's on the Internet posted to MLS that I want to show you of one of my listings.  I think it is just what you are looking for!"

"Great, Mr. Realtor!  We are in a hurry so let us take a look at the photos and see if it is worth our time to visit."

"Okay, Mr. and Mrs. Buyer.  Here is the formal dining area open to the formal living area"

"Wow, Mr. Realtor!  This looks great, like we would fit right in!  Show us more!"

"Okay, I'd be happy to, Mrs. Buyer!  Here is the family room open to the kitchen."

"Mr. Realtor, start your engine!  We got to see this home!  NOW!"
