Boca Country Club is one of the few country club communities in Boca Raton that do not require a mandatory equity purchase.  In other words, you can live in this beautiful gated community without joining the country club.  Another big plus is that it's an All Age Community with some subdivisions being pet friendly.  You still have the option of joining the club as a social member or the Boca Resort for golf and the beach.

There are a variety of homes for sale in Boca Country Club.   There are condos, coach homes, townhomes, courtyards and single family homes. Square footage run approximately 1450 to 2600 square feet.

Boca Country Club is a guard gated community with a great location.   You are centrally located near all main arteries for travel, less than 10 minutes from the beach, Town Center, shopping, restaurants, schools, galleries, Mizner Park, downtown Delray Beach and houses of worship.

INTERESTING TO NOTE

Interesting to note that across the street from Boca Country Club is the new Costco.  It was originally in Delray Beach.  Costco wanted to move to this location.  The residents of Boca Country Club fought it but lost.  The story, as I have heard it, is that in order for it to pass,  it was agreed that there would be no sign in front and they spent $ 1,000,000 to landscape the property.  True or not - you decide.  All I know, is that it's one of the busiest places in Boca Raton FL!
