Relocating to Fort Lewis or McChord AFB? I'd like to help you.

Is a military transfer bringing you to the Tacoma area? To Fort Lewis, McChord AFB, or Madigan Army Medical Center?

Or are you being relocated to elsewhere in the military system?

Packing up your life, family, possessions, pets, etc is difficult. And stressful. And can be overwhelming. I know what it's like to only have 3 days to find a home.  And then try to figure out schools, utilities, services, etc.

If you are looking to buy a home or sell a home, I'd like to help you!

Many military families choose me because I am dedicated to your needs, organized, efficient and a great project manager. I am someone that can over see all the details and keep you informed of what is to come.  And I communicate with you - how you like to be communicated with. Email, phone, text, Facebook or Twitter.

And as a Thank You for your military service I have a "Military Special." Ask me for details.

When you receive your military orders to or from Ft. Lewis, McChord, or Madigan Army Medical Center, put me to work for you!

"I listen for a living." It's all about you.

I have a question you may be able to help me with.  I have a recruiter in the navy relocating to my area.  They were in a couple of weeks ago and I showed them properties and they took back with them the comps to go through the process of the relocater reviewing and finalizing a deal.  After a few days I called them about how things were going to find out they couldn't get the properties we looked at, so they were just going to use the internet to find something.  I have a buyer's rep agreement that they both signed.  I have called them several times this week and getting no return.  I have explained that my fee comes from the landlord and in no way affect their costs. How would you handle this situation.  I can wait til they get to town, find out where and go to the landlord with my contract.  I just don't like these situations and hope you have some advice based in your experiences. Thanks

Larry- sorry but I don't have any advice. All I can say is something sounds off. Almost sounds like they found something else - through someone else and just don't want to fess up.

Judi- thanks!
