The grass is always greener on the other side" is an old cliche, but it isnt always true. The grass is green enough right where you are, no matter where that place may be, is just as green as any where else. And if it's not green enough to you, or it's all dried up, maybe it's because you are not watering it enough!

I assume your comments are about staying with the Broker you're currently with. I do agree that the grass isn't always greener. As a Broker for 34+ yrs, I am always telling my agents "Failure is Do... To Your Failure To Do". Sometime agents are failing, and by changing companies, it removes their excuses, and then they do what they should have always done (Prospect & Use The Phone)
