What A Life!

By
Real Estate Agent with Latter & Blum Realtors, Inc

A positive attitude is one that propels all success.  In our days of economic restructuring, it's vital to remember all things are temporary.  What does it take to be and remain positive?  Discipline and consistency.  Nothing, no one, or any circumstances will affect my wonderful P.M.A. (positive mental attitude).

It's worth protecting.  Lead with a smile, read good books, turn off the news, wake up each morning and go to your alone space.  First thing, go to your alone space and read inspirational writings and classics such as Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. Write in a journal to state how truly wonderful you are, and how this earth is better for the mere fact you're in it!  Know there is always, always more good than negative.  The human spirit triumphs again and again.

How can this impact your real estate career?  People are drawn to sincerely happy, positive people.  They will flock to you.  They are magnetized to your willingness to be honest, service oriented and most importantly, your client's best concern is the focal point of your mind-set.

Just a few words to share, have a fabulous day!

Tracie, You are so right about a positive attitude.  No one wants to spend time around someone who complains constantly - you can feel the energy being sucked out of that space!
