The Pelican Bay Foundation - "The Commons" at Pelican Bay

I am always talking about the Pelican Bay Foundation and how wonderful it is at taking care of Pelican Bay Home Owners (members).  To better understand the Pelican Bay Foundation, I decided to share 3 main pieces of information:

1- Pelican Bay Foundation Vision Statement:

According to the Pelican Bay Member Guide,  the Pelican Bay Foundation's vision statement is to "Preserve and enhance Pelican Bay as Florida's premier, mixed-use beachfront community. It is the Foundation's responsibility to promote the enjoyment, health, safety, and general welfare of it's property owners, residents, guests, and employees through cooperative management of it's common elements, and enhance the property values throughout the community." 

2- Pelican Bay Foundation Mission Statement:

The Pelican Bay Foundation's mission is "To contribute to the realization of the Pelican Bay Vision by professionally, ethically, and successfully managing the common facilities, amenities, programs, and services provided to its members."

3- Pelican Bay Foundation Responsibilities:

1. Berm and beach security
2. Beach access through tram
   
3. Maintaining and controlling the parking lots
4. Watching over park-trails, proper signage, etc.
5. Management of amenity services such as exercise, canoeing, sailing, and more!
6. Scheduling meetings and events at the Pelican Bay Community Center and the Commons
7. Oversee Tennis courts and Pro Shop operations
8. Oversee Restaurant and beach shops operations
9. Manage overall Pelican Bay Communications: Pelican Bay Post, Pelican bay dot org, PB 96...
10. Holiday decorations thoughout the neighborhoods.
