April Showers bring May Flowers! So we will have gardens galore in our Lubbock neighborhoods with all this rain. Many nice homes in Lubbock, Ransom Canyon, and surrounding areas are on the market now.
As of today, there are just over 1300 homes, townhouses, garden homes, and condos for sale in Lubbock. There are homes in all neighborhoods and all price ranges. If you want new, move-in ready or a bargain priced fixer upper there is one just right for you in Lubbock now.
Have you heard about the upcoming Tech Terrace homes tour? This neighborhood is among my favorites in Lubbock. The homes for sale in Tech Terrace are all unique. This is not a cookie cutter home neighborhood! When I checked the multiple listing service a bit ago, there were 49 homes for sale in Tech Terrace! I know there are also some nice homes for sale by owner and I will be glad to show you any of these! Back to the tour! Next weekend, Saturday, April 24th there will be around 50 homes for home buyers and home lovers to see. The tour begins at Roscoe Wilson Elementary school there in the Tech Terrace neighborhood, at 25th and Canton. The Tech Terrace Spring Home Tour is scheduled from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. that afternoon. I love working in Tech Terrace, lived in the neighborhood for five years, and still have good friends there. If you want to sell your Tech Terrace home, call me. Some other Realtors will put your house on the market but don't understand the appeal of older homes. Don't trust the marketing and sale of your vintage classic Tech Terrace home to a person who doesn't appreciate and understand the value these homes.
Reminder! The tax credit deadline is April 30th. There is some talk once again that the deadline for the tax credit might be extended but there is no guarantee so let's get shopping!
