I just read the $8000 Tax Credit for first time buyers has been extended for certain Armed Forces Se rice Members! That's good news! Be sure and put the word out to returning or already returned veterans that have been deployed at least 90 days over the past year.

My source for that information is http://www.federalhousingtaxcredit.com/. It really is good news for our returning vets. ON the ohter hand, I had to break the bad news to a non-vet that finallly got off the fence and made an offer, about 2 days too late. It wasn't like he wasn't warned, but it still made me feel responsible somehow.
