These are the latest figures for Detached Home Sales for April 2010 in the entire MLS region of Northern Illinois and I wanted to share them with you to give you an idea of current market conditions. These numbers do include the buyer tax credit incentive so next month it will interesting to see if the numbers are stable or have declined. We shall see what the crystal ball has to say!
