WHO CARES?

It is a basic question that requires a basic answer, the buyer, the seller, their agents and the loan officer affected by people who dont seem to care sure do care!!!

With bank owned homes one of the largest segments of listings that are selling, if you have worked with one as an agent or being the buyer than you may know what i am talking about.

No one seems to care at the banks and some of the asset management companies.

Lets look at some examples....

The buyer is clear to close but there is no deed. How can this be? You need a deed to trasfer the house from bank to buyer, they have known for weeks we were closing, however time after time no deed and no one willing to take care of it.

This also happens with thi closing docs where 3 days before closing, as specified by th bank closing docs get sent to the bank, they know we are closing at 4pm on a friday , the buyers car is packed full of their stuff, they need to be out of their apartment teh following day and we wait and wait and the signed docs dont come. Call the bank and you hear, we know you were closing, we will get to them when we get to them.

There is no help, no caring and no hope...

Now everyone is like this, i have some incredible people i work with that bend over backwards and never a problem, and if one pops up, they are their however the companies that dont seem to care, are causing undo strain and stress where a little caring could have solved the problems.
